Q. Do I have to cancel my membership? How to cancel my recurring membership?
A. We offer different Membership plans for our customers to sign up to. There are non-recurring Membership when you'll be charged only once. After the date of expiration of non-recurring Membership (i.e. by the end of the purchased period of time) it will be automatically ceased and you won't be charged anymore. You will not be charged again unless you want to subscribe again. You don't have to do anything about your Membership if it is non-recurring. In case you are subscribed to Recurring Membership then your credit card will be charged every month to prolong your membership automatically. This type of Membership we recommend to our customers if they want to secure continuous access to our site for longer period of time (for a couple of months, for example). Recurring Membership will give you an opportunity to catch as much site updates as possible and in the same save your money. Recurring charges are distinctly cheaper in comparison with non-recurring memberships price. You can remain on recurring membership as long as you want or you may decide to stop it anytime you want it. If you signed up to recurring Membership and then decide to cancel (stop) it, you can do so any day, any time. Just please make sure to complete Membership cancellation in good time, i.e. before the date of the next regular charge occur. If you are not sure if your Membership recurring or non-recurring, you can visit support page of the Billing Company you are subscribed with and retrieve your Membership details there. A. To retrieve your password, please send us inquire using same e-mail address that you've used for sign up. In your e-mail you should specify your site login and password and, if possible, transaction number or your Full Name as it appears on your Credit Card. Q. I am sure I enter the correct login/password combination but I still can't get into the site. A. Please note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive, it means that PaSsWoRd and PASSWORD are different. Please check that you enter them exactly as they appear on your signup email or copy and paste it into the authentication window using CTRL-C to copy and CTR-V to paste. If nothing helps, please contact us providing us by e-mail with your login and password as it appears in your sign up e-mail. Q. My password worked yesterday but today it doesn't. What should I do? A. Probably your membership has expired. Please, sign up again. Another possible reason is that your password was banned by automate password control system. This system blocks any password that has being used at least twice by any person apart from the the one who have paid for access. Also, your membership can be VOIDED by Billing if you supplied incorrect or incomplete personal information such as zip-code, address or phone number. Also your purchase will be voided if your mailbox reports that your mail cannot be delivered to you because of wrong e-mail address or because your mailbox is full.
